ER40 Collet Fixture

Our ER40 Collet Fixture is designed to hold workpieces firmly and accurately during machining. Built for stability and minimal runout, it ensures reliable positioning and repeatable results, even under demanding conditions. We originally designed this fixture for use on our 4th axis, but if you don’t have a 4th axis, it can also be mounted in a standard vise.

15mm Rangefinder Mount

This versatile Rangefinder Mount provides a flexible solution for attaching rangefinder units to standard 15mm rods. The bracket is designed to accommodate a transverse 15 mm rod, allowing you to mount and adjust the sensor unit side-to-side and tilt as needed. Transverse rods are available in various sizes, in both 15 mm and 19 mm diameters, and the mount itself is also available in a 19 mm version.

19mm Motor Offset Adapter

This adapter allows you to adjust the position of your lens motor with a 50 mm offset, providing a different mounting angle for improved lens control.

The kit includes a 40 mm 19 mm rod. One end of the offset is secured with an adjustable wing screw, while the other is tightened using a 4 mm Allen key for precise positioning.
